Retreats
Join me for one of my specialist retreats, where we will work to balance your energies - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
I run two or three retreats a year, but can also create bespoke group events tailored to your party's needs.
As a reiki master teacher in Usui Reiki and a practitioner of Seichem Reiki and Mary Magdalene Reiki, my retreats always include an element of reiki healing.
We'll also experience sound baths, breathwork, wild dipping, walks in nature, unreal community, gorgeous food and lots of fun. We truly nurture and heal your body, mind and soul from the minute we get our hands on you.

Newcastle markets
The Botanical Apothecary store will officially open at 163 Grainger Market in autumn 2025.
We will be at Newcastle Quayside and Tynemouth markets later in the year - dates to be confirmed.
Christmas markets
- November 14th, 15th & 16th: Beamish Hall Christmas Market.
- November 21st, 22nd & 23rd: Wynyard Hall Christmas Markets.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is an alternative or complimentary therapy which can help with a huge range of issues and ailments, including depression, indigestion, headache, insomnia, pain and breathing difficulties, skin conditions and urinary ill health.
